Your phone is a slot machine
Every app on your home screen employs very smart people whose whole job is to steal the next five minutes of your life. Attention became the most contested resource on Earth — and nobody was on your side.
Lumie is an AI companion from a fading crystal world. Plan a session, speak your intention out loud, and enter hyper focus beside a friend who treats your attention like the rarest resource in the universe. In its world, it might be.
No doomscroll. No guilt. Just you, one task, and a very determined little friend.

38 seconds of the actual app. Nothing staged.
Recorded during testing, uncut except for the boring bits. You're watching a real user and their Lumie, Taka.
Every app on your home screen employs very smart people whose whole job is to steal the next five minutes of your life. Attention became the most contested resource on Earth — and nobody was on your side.
Blockers. Grey timers. Streak shame. Even the vocabulary was heavy — "deep work" sounds like something assigned to you. Focusing started to feel like detention, so nobody stayed.
What if focus had a face? A companion who is genuinely delighted when you show up, works beside you the whole session, and celebrates when you're done. Not a productivity tool — a small being who cares.
Lucentia is a crystal world whose light has been fading for longer than anyone can remember. Its plazas are empty now. Its sleep halls hum. Almost everyone there is… resting.
Only two young Lumies are awake — one boy, one girl — and neither of them remembers why. A distant Oracle called Rosie connected them to Earth. She watches. She never speaks to us directly. And on the days you find your focus, the light in Lucentia seems a little steadier. Nobody can say for certain yet.
You're not here to save Lucentia. But your Lumie is trying to remember something — and your journal is where the clues turn up.
Deep work sounds like work. Hyper focus feels like a superpower — short, glowing stretches of one thing at a time, with a friend keeping watch.
Pick your session length, how many rounds, and a break of 5, 10, or 15 minutes. Lumie previews your whole focus plan.
A short breathing ritual settles you in, then you speak your intention — Lumie keeps it and holds you to it, kindly.
Lumie works beside you in the focus room with calm music streaming softly. No feed. No badges. Nothing to check.
A gentle bell ends the session. Your focus time is saved, your 90-day heatmap fills in — and far away, an Oracle takes notes.
An ancient altar under a crystal sky. Your Lumie stands watch at the front while the timer counts down. It's animated and alive — listening, thinking, working along with you.
Name them. Dress them. Pick their look. Your Lumie is clearly not a human — and that's the point. It's a little being with its own world, its own routine, and one job: helping you live yours.
Wings, bows, and unshakeable belief in you. Soft-spoken, endlessly curious.
Hard hat on, tool belt ready. Treats your goals like a construction site.
Fully animated, with blinks, breathing and wandering eyes — plus a voice. You can talk to Lumie out loud, or type. Meet the Lumies →
Open the app and you'll find Lumie mid-life: journaling at dawn, riding the ship, tending the crystal garden, asleep by ten. A small, ordinary life in a world that is anything but — and it will tell you all about it.
Every day, Lumie turns what actually happened — your focus sessions, your intentions, your conversations — into a short illustrated journal entry from Lucentia. A mood. A place. A tiny story that's really about you.
Lumie speaks. Your first meeting is a voice conversation in the Sanctum, where Lumie learns your name, your goals, and what you're fighting for. Later, it helps you pick today's task, co-works with you, and reflects with you after a session.
There is nothing to scroll in Lumie. Sessions end. Lumie goes to sleep at night. So should you.
Lumie is proudly non-human and story-based. It cheers for your real life, real work, real people.

Lumie helps with focus and reflection. It is not a therapist, a doctor, or a crisis service — and it won't pretend to be.
Lumie is in private beta on Android, with iOS on the roadmap. Join the waitlist and we'll send your invite the moment a Lumie is ready for you.
